As the founder of International College of Auckland, I believe the acquisition of life skills is a prerequisite for a happy life, and all students have to be given the opportunity to prepare themselves for life in the modern society of which they will be part. We aim to raise respectful and competent individuals who have the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed in modern workplaces. We have been developing and maintaining a wealth of connections with some of New Zealand's leading practitioners, businesses and cultural organisations which enables us to better prepare our students for their successful careers.

IT Programmer Leader
Malcolm Fry
Hello, I'm Malcolm Fry, Programme Leader, Information Technology section. After 20 years running computer companies in New Zealand, health issues stopped me. At University I spent 7 years teaching statistics and experimental methods, which I enjoyed very much, and so I decided to teach instead of running businesses. I've never regretted the change. I have a double major B.A. (Psychology and Philosophy), Masters degree in Psychology, and am currently looking at doing an M.Sc in Zoology. Unlike Nalini, I never finished my Ph.D., and also have an uncompleted MBA. Outside Computing and Business (I teach both) I love fly-fishing for trout, reading, golf and generally "messing about in the mountains".
