New course for 2007: Diploma in Horticulture

Course Structure

Duration: 2 years of 34 weeks per year.
There are two semesters of 17 weeks in duration with a five-week break in the middle.

60% Practice, 40% classroom/Theory

Bridge course starts on 20/11/2006
1st semester: 12/02/2007-08/06/2007 ­
Five-week break
2nd semester: 18/07/2007-09/11/2007

Entry requirements

• National Certificate in Horticulture (Level 4) or equivalent or better
• 18 years of age or over
• A satisfactory level of health and fitness to cope with the demands of the course
• International students to have:
1. a current entry permit or visa
2. an IELTS overall band score of 5.0 (or equivalent)

Tuition Fee

$NZ16, 000 per year
