Business Lecturer
Ada Chang holds a Masters in Business Management and a Bachelors in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Waikato. She provides research consulting services to business consultants in the health sector. She has researched Service Quality Perceptions in the hospitality sector in Shanghai. Ada has also been involved in developing a five year strategic plan for the Rotorua Golf Club. During her years in Shanghai, she had a short stint with Kelly Services as an intern.
Having been an international student herself, she recognizes the need for a customized teaching approach catering to international students. Her areas of interest include hospitality management, strategic marketing and human resource management.
